At Melitta®, we strive for the perfect cup every time, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened coffee products or brewing accessories within 30 days. Please note that for safety and quality control, food items must remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
